Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS

We have a 48 hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your order to request a return.

Orders can be returned for following reasons:

  • Item(s) are not to your liking.
  • Product is too big/small.
  • Product is faulty/damaged.
  • Does not correspond to the product ordered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@tuskerswear.com, stating a brief description of the issue, and then we will send you further instructions.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that you are responsible for sending the product within 7 working days from the date of informing us about the issue.

Please note that the shipping costs and custom duties are non-refundable. The cost depends on the courier and the country you return your package from.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return at our warehouse, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

You are not entitled to a refund in the following cases:

  • The product must not bear any signs of use or with a noticeable smell of wear.
  • The return is missing the detailed description of the damage.
  • The original packaging (shoe box, dust-proof bag) is missing or damaged.
  • Order number is missing.
  • Return deadline is over.

The refund is provided in the form of credit on your account, within a maximum of 7 working days from receipt of the product by us. This credit is then automatically deducted when a new order is placed. If you do not want to use the money on the next order, we are obliged to refund the money by the same method of payment with which an original payment was made.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.
